This agreement (“Agreement”) is between MetasAir (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “user”). These Terms apply to all users of the platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.
MetasAir acts as a platform for drone-based services and products, including rental, sales, repair, training, and surveillance solutions.
2. Accepting the Terms
2.1 You agree to these Terms when you communicate with us via email, website forms, chat, or telephonic/virtual channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.).
2.2 If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the services.
3. Provision of Services by MetasAir
3.1 We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our offerings at any time.
3.2 We may, at our sole discretion, permanently or temporarily discontinue access to certain features or services.
3.3 Access to your account may be restricted for operational or security reasons.
3.4 If your usage negatively impacts our operations or other users, we may restrict or suspend your access.
3.5 Services requiring payment are billed as per the agreed cycle. If suspended, our liability is limited to the remaining value in the current billing cycle.
3.6 MetasAir is not liable for losses arising from service modifications or interruptions.
4. Use of the Services
4.1 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of our platform.
4.2 Services are to be used for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4.3 Access to services must be through authorized interfaces only.
4.4 You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts our platform or systems.
4.5 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our services is strictly prohibited.
4.6 You are solely responsible for any breach of these Terms and its consequences.
5. Account Security
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5.2 While we take standard precautions, we are not liable for unauthorized access due to external breaches.
5.3 You must notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized access to your account.
6. Content in the Services
6.1 You are responsible for any content you upload, share, or transmit using our services.
6.2 All content, including ads and promotional materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.3 Unauthorized copying or distribution of this content is prohibited.
6.4 Content considered illegal, offensive, or spam may be removed without notice.
6.5 If you encounter any objectionable content, please report it to us immediately.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All platform content, design elements, branding, and intellectual property are owned by MetasAir or its licensors.
7.2 Use of MetasAir’s trademarks, logos, or brand elements requires prior written permission.
7.3 You agree not to use third-party trademarks or logos in a way that causes confusion or misrepresentation.
8. Online Orders – Drone Compliance
8.1 By placing an order for drones or related equipment, you agree to comply with all applicable DGCA regulations.
8.2 You must provide valid Government of India ID proof, such as:
Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Passport
Voter ID
The ID is used solely for legal compliance and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and eligible to purchase drones in India.
9. Convenience Fee – Bajaj Finserv EMI
For purchases made using Bajaj Finserv EMI cards, the following non-refundable convenience fees apply:
12% on 12-month and 9-month EMI tenures
6% on 6-month and 3-month EMI tenures
These charges are communicated during checkout and must be paid to complete the order. The order is confirmed only upon payment verification. By choosing this payment method, you accept these conditions.
